Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 40 min on the elliptical and stay within my calories

What would I have done differently? Not have the miniature Milky Way right before bed

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and go to the gym

Last week I raised my calories at 1400... yesterday I brought it back down to 1200. I am going to keep it at 1200 until I make some more progress :smile:

    Yup and then some.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Got to do my aerobics class PLUS pilates.

    What would I have done differently?
    Nothing, feeling pretty cocky about yesterday.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within calories, get to the gym, and keep a positive attitude.

    Just upped my calories to 1400 for this week, with an extra 400 calories on gym days (TAMTASTIC style). Let's see how it goes.

    No I had a cheat day yesterday :grumble:

    Nope

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I ate a healthy breakfast and skipped dinner since my lunch was really bad.

    What would I have done differently?
    I should have told the girls I couldn't go to the pizza place with them for lunch.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Eat right and work out tonight.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No ... I thought I had done ok, until I added everything up

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did go for a walk during my son's swim team practice .. need to make that a habit

    What would I have done differently? not had the peanuts, pretzels and cheese for dinner

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and already went to the Y for an hour
