Hi guys,
I noticed that when I walk alot, the balls of my feet are sore sometimes. Not every time I walk, only here and there.today I noticed that sometimes I kinda walk like I'm stomping my feet, and I'm not really putting much weight on the balls of my feet.other times, I've noticed that I walk as if I'm using my whole foot.meaning I land on my hell, and continue my stride to the ball of my foot, and as my foot moves, I'm using my toes to make it feel like a complete step. Does that make sense? anyone know what proper walking form looks like? Feels like?i don't know if I should be sore, and if I'm possibly over exerting my toes and balls of my feet . Thanks for any help.
