Most people say there is no taste to water. I think there is a taste to water and I really dislike to drink water because of the taste. I have a couple flavors of the Mio to help consume more water and less calories though. I was wondering since it isn't just pure water if it would count towards glasses of water consumed on the food diary part of MFP. I really need to drink more water and consume less empty calories so this would help. Any advice???

I always count it as water consumed. I Gave up soda and caffeine a while ago, so now its just mio and crystal light. Mio is convenient to use when eating out at restaurants. I've been stocking up on mio this week at target. They have a deal where you get a $5 gift card when you buy 3 mio's. They are great. but expensive.0
