Hi everyone, first of all I am so glad I stumbled across this site, it was quite by accident. I am 44yo live in Australia and have been trying to lose weight for years. I use the old excuses of being too busy to exercise or eat properly. My diet has improved a lot in the last few months but still needs a lot of work and I need to get motivated and start exercising a bit.
I've never tried calorie counting before because I've thought it too much of a pain but the system on this site seems really good, hopefully it'll motivate me to do something postitive. I'm getting married in 6 weeks, so I've left it too late to make a difference but even a small bit of weight loss would be nice.
I'm currently around 100kg and would love to lose at least 25kg and about 30cm from my waist. So fingers crossed I'll see what I can do in the months ahead.
