10k PB five week training?

Hi everyone,
I'm currently training for my first half marathon which is in 10 days time. I've been reasonably discplined with my training, followed a beginners 12 week plan so expecting a time somewhere in the 2:15 to 2:25 time bracket. Truthfully, for my first one I just want to do it as before I've always felt my endurance let me down running.
But five weeks later I've got a 10k, which I actually ran last year and I would really like a new PB ( I'm definitely fitter than at the last 10k I ran and definitely fitter again than when I did this one last year) Any way, so my current PB is 60 min and I so so want to beat it!
Anyone got a five week plan to just tune me up a bit?
Thanks!!
