For about a year when I was in graduate school I did Bikram yoga at a small studio in Boston, but since moving back to my hometown in the midwest there are no Bikram studios nearby, less than a half hour drive away. I decided to get into a practice at home, and so far I really like Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior, even though it isn't a particularly traditional yoga workout.
Anything else out there like it? The main workout he has is about exactly one hour long, which is perfect for me. I would welcome other suggestions: I know Rodney Yee has a line of power yoga videos, but I have not tried any of them.
