I need men!

I have loads of MFP pals, but mostly women. It would be nice to have a few more men supporting me, especially if you are interested in lifting as I started lifting on 3rd Jan 2012 and have not looked back since. I have a PT once a week who is a fitness model and he certainly knows his stuff about how the body works and has been a great inspiration to me, I couldn't have got this far without him.

I am on MFP every day, but only log my food every now and then to check I am still on track. I won't "big you up" for logging in for 595 days but if you need a boost or I can be of useful assistance I will comment on your entries.

My current regime is; gym 6 evenings a week for 1+ hour, I use freeweights, mostly circuits with supersets and HEAVY, I do hardly any cardio (hate it, but don't mind rowing which I do mostly as warm up or cool down).

Check out my profile and if you can be useful please friend request me.

Thanks in advance.

I would also like some male MFPers, most of my real life friends are blokes, so it's strange to have nearly all women on here..

    No creeps please.

I'm 22, London England, and the blonde one on the left in my pic x

Thanks Mikee - I know you are there for me, and really appreciate your input and experience. I need more like you! I am happy to have friends on here who are Ladies-wot-lift but thought it would be nice to have more men's perspective on my activities.

(Thanks for the nice comments by the way - I am really beginning to like what I see in the mirror again).

    Weightlifting rocks!

Keep up the good work, you are doing great.

I don't lift, but I'm always taking new friends. I work out 7 days a week.
