Anyone else having a really tough time with this? Even though I have been badly Triggered, Remarkably enough, it hasn't YET triggered me into Disordered Eating.... Would love to hear from any other Survivors. Together we keep eac other STRONG! :flowerforyou:

I think that, no matter what anyone's political or personal views on this might be, all women have gotta be offended by that phrase on some level.

You are strong! To not let the past damage your present and future is truly amazing. You know I think you're awesome!

Thank you, Lovey! It is wreaking havoc in a significant relationship right now - it's a lot like the eating disorders we Survivors develop... you can SEE yourself acting in self-defeating ways and yet be paralyzed to stop yourself.... xoxoxoxo
