Measuring cups. Many of my drinking glasses hold 2 (8oz) cups of water. Measure it once to find out how much yours hold. :drinker:0

Pretty sure it's basically 8 fl oz 8 times per day.0

It means 8 8Oz glasses. If your glass is larger it may count as 1.5 glasses. In total you should drink at least 64 Oz (8x8) of water a day0

The RDA for water is 8 8oz glasses a day. Use the same glass every day or the same bottle to make sure you're getting the correct amount.0

Thankyou, I was looking at my cups that hold more than a cup and i was thinking, I need to drink 8 of these? LOL0

Its 64oz. I think you can probably google a formula to find out how much you should drink. Like weight/2=oz of water or something. Idk. The only thing I drink is water so I don't bother tracking it.0

besides a cup of coffeei n the morning, thats what im thinking of doing to!0

8 glasses of 8oz a day is for the "average person".
Just like caloric intake not everyone's requirements for water should be the same.
I've read many places that we should have an extra 8oz for approx every 10-20lbs overweight.
Approx
1 cup = 8 oz = 250ml.
So a water bottle of 500ml = 16oz - drink MINIMUM of 4 of those in a day.How Much Water Should You Drink to Lose Weight?
This seems to be a simple question. However, you will receive different answers depending on who you ask.
The most common recommendation It is commonly recommended that people drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water per day. This is a good starting point. The question is, how big is that glass?
The answer is that it depends. As with most things, the more you weigh, the more water you need
