How do you stick to plan when you're sick?

I woke up this morning with sniffles, a sore throat and a cough. Now that I'm overloading on vitamins and natural veggie and fruit goodness and have quit smoking and started working out, I get sick?? How do you compensate for the lack of energy to get out of bed, and for wanting to eat comfort food?

    I eat at maintenance when ill.

    If I'm feeling fatigued I rest. If it's just sniffles I push through. You've got to listen to your body-if you push yourself when your body is screaming at you to rest then you will only make yourself worse and take longer to recover. "Rest" can either be cutting back on time or speed, or cutting out the workout for the day. Listen to you body...it knows what it needs (unless of course it's telling you it "needs" smoking, or ice cream, or something like that...then you gotta be strong!)
