I have been swimming for exercise. originally i logged it as lesiure swimming because i dont do laps, but i paddle back and forth in the deep end for 60 minutes for about 600 calories burned. today i looked up aqua jogging, which better describes what i do and it was over 800 calories burned. is that right? cuz if it is, thats awesome. :tongue:

    Aqua jogging is running in the pool, not a swimming activity.
