Can't exercise today - feel useless!

Does anyone else get incredibly frustrated when they can't exercise on one particular day? I commute to work on the bike, but as I'm in a meeting somewhere else today it's a train and tube ride, then 8 hours sat on my derriere in a room, then tube and train and back at 10pm if I'm lucky!

Trying to regulate my food as much as possible, but when I can't exercise I feel kind of obsessive about my calories whereas when I'm generating 1000+ calories from exercise I feel more relaxed.


What does anyone suggest to combat this? I really don't want to lose the momentum.

  • i hit my head off the car door last week and ended up with concussion - my partner practically had to fight with me to keep me home because it wasnt safe and i was BEYOND frustrated!

    I try to do something - anything - everyday. Its usually just metafit classes (18, 19 or 21 minutes) then home but i understand about the calories thing.

    This might sound silly but why done you try doing butt clenches where you are sitting? if you do them for a while it will help tone if nothing else xxx
