    I never call anything heavy. If I can't lift it, I'm just not strong enough yet

    I typically do three sets of 8. Heavy for me is "This is easy!" on reps 1-3, "This isn't as easy as I thought," on reps 4-6, and "DAMN, this is heavy!" on the last two.
