Lifting routine - Any suggestions?

Hi all! I'm looking for some advice!
My exercise routine is currently this..
30DS 5 days a week followed by 10 mins on the stationary bike keeping my HR at about 140
On Saturdays I normally go for a 25 ish mile bike ride or go Kayaking and swimming for a bit if the weather is nice
Sunday mornings I run anything between 5-15K (i'm a member of a ladies only local running group)
I also cycle a couple of miles to work and back about three days a week on average depending on the weather.
Obviously i'm only human, so there are some days where i do absolutely nothing!
I'm 5 foot 4, 150Ibs currently losing about 1Ib per week, with an ultimate goal of 135Ibs. My Calorie goal is 1200, although i do tend to eat back at least 50% of my exercise cals if not all of them.
Having read about the benefits of lifting on these forums,I am keen to incorporate some into my routine. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can do this without spending a fortune on equipment or rejoining the gym (i cancelled my membership as i found working out at home to be more effective). I don't mind spending some, just not loads!
I don't have hours to spare each day (Full time job +mother +studying) so i need to find a routine that works for me! I'm not looking for a quick fix, but i do need something that's sustainable.
Any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Look at the link below. Shop craiglist for the equipment if you don;t want to join a gym. Beginner routines will take 45-60 minutes 3 times per week.
