Any UK PCOS sufferers?

Hi.
I have PCOS making weightloss alot harder, I've been on this site over a year and in that time managed to lose 28 lbs but through trial and error and immense frustration have regained and now trying to lose again to the grand total of 119 lbs.
I have a few US friends on here who suffer from this awful condition and love them to bits but would also like to hear from ladies from the UK maybe we could share tips/products that are not available here unlike across the water.
