I am trying to figure out the most convenient way to track the strength training exercises I do. I am doing a home version of Jamie Easons Live Fit Trainer on my bowflex at home. Most of the name of the exercises are not in the data base...OR..which is more probably I am searching under the wrong terms! Any suggestions?

I log it in a separate program, just make a table with the exercises and dates. I use OneNote but any spreadsheet or word processor would work just as well (as would paper and pen, if you want to go that route instead, haha).0

I use JEFIT rather than MFP. MFP's exercise tracking isn't nearly as good as their food tracking.
