Newbie Question

I am new to this website and so far I have really enjoyed using it and feel that it is really going to help .

But I do have a question for other members.
What are some tips of keeping your Fats down?
What are some low fat options ?
I have been really careful in staying on limit with my fats - but notice that I usually have more Carb's left and I am at my limit in Fats.

I usually always have calories left over.

Help ! :)
