Pop the stems out of a couple of portabellas and stick in the oven for 30ish minutes at 350. Pop out the stems and rub olive oil on them(small amount). Stick them on some flatbread buns, lettuce,tomato, onion! And....some dijon mustard!!! This is a great lunch!! Best of luck on your journey!!0
