:flowerforyou: Yeah - That's me too.. but you know what, I just realized, that this one day, in the myriad of many, isn't going to destroy my journey. I know I don't feel good today - physically, medically, I have something happening that just makes me feel like crap.
It's temporary, and I decided to not let myself stress about it. I wanted comfort food, so am allowing my self some extra calories today - within reason . I am being Kind to me... sometimes it's ok.
I have figured that with the 2300 or so calories I burn in a day, as long as I don't exceed this number today, I won't have derailed anything. Even if I do, by a little, it's just one day, and won't undo the 44 lbs I have lost.
If you are in this boat - be kind to YOU. as long as you don't do it all the time, having a really rough day won't kill you. I haven't been in 'need of comfort food' in nearly 5 months. I've had days I went high - mostly planned. one day in 5 months or even 1, won't undo all the good.
Yeah, I'm feeling crappy, so if this post seems sappy it is. Just thought there might be one person out there who needed to know it's OK - to not beat themselves up over it. These days happen, and life goes on..
