Hi,
I am 5'4", 135lbs looking to lose 15-18 lbs. I lost 10lbs with Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 and eating 1500-1600 calories a day. I set MFP to lose 1lb a week, and it is giving me a goal of 1370 calories a day when I don't work out.
In the Jillian Michaels nutrition guide, the meal plan is 1200 calories a day. I do one of the workouts 5 times a week (burns around 260 calories) and add additional cardio twice a week (another 250 calories).
I am a little confused as to what calorie plan to stick to, and just to be clear I want to lose the weight slow and steady.
