Hi everyone!
I'm a pretty fit person looking to lose those last couple pounds so I decided on 30DS. I was previously strength training 2x a week and doing cardio at 5.5, for 40 min...5x a week.
Now that I've started the shred, my thighs have gone up .25 inches...not sure if I should top doing it. (I'm on L1D5.)
Anyone experience initial inch gain? When did it go away?

Perhaps additional water and nutrient storage brought on by new exercises? I would have to wonder what kind of strength training you were previously doing for legs though.0

Thanks determinednoo. I was working out with a trainer so a lot of what I am doing now (but with machines.) he wanted to jack up his prices so I had to let him go :-/0
