1 Fillet (Deck of cards) of Grilled salmon
1 Leaf of Iceberg Lettuce
1 Tbsp of Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus
1 Sara Lee Wheat Thin Bun (toasted to a solid crisp)

Take your 'bun' which is actually supouse to be your like tostada,, Apply the hummus on to each one.. and then put your 0.5 leaf of each bun and top with salmon! It's so good especially is you are like obsessed with mexican food. It is only like 266 calories!!! SUPER DEE DUPER
