I've been doing research on Keto diet and found this guide. It has all the information you need and sites numerous research papers for backup.

I'm not here to promote keto, just to share information.

Some points discussed are:
- Explanation of metabolic cycle
- Low carb vs low fat diets
- Effects of lower carbs on LDL cholesterol and Type 2 diabetes
- Food list and glycemic load
etc.

    Interesting, but about half I read through was completely incorrect and other parts making completely unfounded claims. That made me stop reading pretty quickly.

    One thing I noticed good on it was watching glycemic index (Normal people can benefit well from doing so, but isn't AS important as a diabetic).

    But all the Big Bold Claims unsupported by science and simply stated by Random Forum Man is not exactly something I'd take as Holy Scripture.

    I'm curious, which parts are you referring to? I think there were a few that were unsupported but majority of key points were.
