water zumba

I have just heard that some gyms out there are incorporating water zumba. If anyone has experienced this class, I would appreciate some input on it. I do water aerobics 5 days a week and weight training 2 days a week. I feel I am ready for something a little more intense, but in the water. My knees can't handle much in the gym. Any one interested to comment?

I've done a water zumba class. It was definitely a good workout and much easier on the knees than regular zumba. I have lots of knee pain during workouts that require a lost of bouncing around (I even have to modify the zumba moves while in class), but the water zumba didn't hurt my knees at all.
good luck!0
