Sub-goals

I have 35 pounds to lose to get to my stated goal. While that is a lot of weight, I have shed 25 pretty quickly. I am sure that the next 35 will come off slower and that I will go through a period of time when it seems like I'll never get there. So to help myself in the upcoming struggles, I have come up with something for each 10 pound increment on the way:

5 more pounds--I'm closer to 200 than 300!

Next ten pounds--I am not lying on my Driver's License anymore.

Next ten pounds--Half of a (small) person lost. (My 29 y.o. daughter is less than 100 lb).

Next 10 pounds--Double digits (in kilos).
