    Seems like people aren't reading. So, I'm out. It looks like all the info is here.

    The question is, what do you do when the system can't do anything. They put him in jail, and he doesn't care. He gets out, and goes to work under the table, but they do know that. you tell them, but they can't do anything about it because they can't figure it out. The system only works when someone works in the system. When they step out of it and are willing to jump through the hoops to aviod it, there is nothing the system can do.

    OK, that's all.

    I read everything you said.... I wish i knew the ppl to do so.... he deserves it... has put me in the hospital twice. i wouldn't feel bad.

    So sorry. That sucks. Well, that's trivializing it a bit. I hope you can find a solution.
