Getting back on track

This past Sunday, my stomach decided to go on strike. And from about 1pm Sunday till about 8pm Monday, it violently rejected anything solid, and most liquids. Was finally able to manage some yogurt Monday night. Yesterday was mostly crackers, sodapop, and more yogurt. Today, more of the same.
Oh, and I guarantee that this is one way to lose weight, but I'm equally sure it's NOT a healthy way to do it.
Anyway, when I can finally tolerate real food again, should I try to eat back any of the calories I missed in the last few days?

Yup, every day is a new day and yesterday doesn't matter -- just ease yourself back into your good, healthy eating habits again. Hope you're feeling better and better!0
