Lemongrass Ginger cayenne tea

Was in need of uses for our out of control lemon grass plant. Similar to a soup base I make but water instead of Chicken stock
4c Water
1 Large stalk and leaves lemon grass (it was about a foot + long)
Chunk of ginger (1"x2")
1 Dried Cayenne
Dash of honey (1/2 tsp)
Bring all ingrediants except honey to a boil then reduce heat to steep, just under a simmer for 15 mins
Add honey to bring a little sweetness.
All the ingredients have there supposed health benefits but Its just a wonderful tasting low cal caffiene free drink. First glass gets drank hot, the rest over ice... Lasts two days for me...
