Any new moms?

I had my fourth child nearly 2 weeks ago (Aug. 9th) and while I was pregnant, I was able to eat whatever I wanted and lose weight--I lost 13 pounds from the time I learned I was pregnant until delivery, and then another 13 after my son was born. I'm really eager to get back into a fitness/diet routine and I could use some support from other new moms who are also dealing with sleepness nights, breaking bad habits and trying to get their body back. I would like to make some postpartum friends to share this journey with.

Hi! I had twins a month ago and I really need to get back on track with my eating and exercise. I want to be back in my pre pregnancy clothes by the time my maternity leave is over in mid October. Not sure if that is realistic... But I really don't want to have to buy a new work wardrobe of fat clothes
I am having a hard time with sleep deprivation and I'm craving sugar for fast energy. Not good! Would love to have buddies in the same boat.0 -

I totally understand the sleep deprivation and craving sugar for energy. I'm still there and my twins are older than yours. I'm always tired and find myself wanting to snack for energy. Finding rice crackers are helpful. They are fairly low calorie and satisfy the salt and crunchy craving (with hummus is great if you have the calorie room).0
