Living healthy!

Hey everyone!

I've been lurking for a while and thought I'd finally introduce myself a bit. I've been using the myfitnesspal app for a while and GOD DAMN, it is so useful! I used to think keeping tracking your food was silly and simply overdoing it (and majority of my friends feel the same way). Obviously I was wrong -- it's good to know what I'm taking in everyday. I actually don't know anyone who uses this so I'm reaching out to the community to keep the positive energy flowing!

I have lots to say about myself but I'll find the time eventually to fill that out on my profile page for whoever is interesting. Anyways, feel free to add me!
