Last 12 lbs. How to make it happen?

    In order to lose the last 12 lbs, there are a couple of things to keep in mind.

    Preventing a weight loss plateau is key. This means if your weight loss track record has been good so far and consistent, the body will adjust to it, making it harder to lost the rest of the weight. Every two weeks is a great rule of thumb to change eating habits, walking/exercise routines. Changing in means of eating fewer calories or getting a more intense workout.
