    Food calories logged (how much you ate) - exercise logged (calories burned from workout) = Net Calories

    Net calories are your food intake minus the calories burnt during exercise (if any).

    Curious. My guesses would be either "Exercise changes your goal" (obvious) or something a bit more esoteric like people with lower goals tend to net more below their goal than people with higher goals.

    Goal = 1575, Food = 1562, Exercise = 0 (I worked a 10 hour day + 1.5 hours commuting), Net = 1562.

    As other posters are asking, what is your theory?

    You realize that there may be research already out there that may prove or disprove it. Any of us PubMed ninjas hanging around here would be happy to point you in a direction if we know what it is that you're looking for.

    Exercise: I dunno, I hit legs today and with HIIT for cardio so guessing somewhere like 800.
    Net: - 145 (Note I didn't factor my expenditure)

  • Something like 5, but if I move the scroll bar then 55. But I can't really tell. My vision is starting to go. I did work out though. I did work out. Or at least I'm going to. Well, I intend to. Not sure if I really will. But I WANT to. I want to say that I worked out. So I might say that. Whether I did or not. We'll see.

    Your theory only works if you disguise it better... she stated she needed help first. And gave them the directions how to get to... and give the information. You have to help the people help you... lol
