Good morning and TGIF!!! :drinker:

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes - calories; No - soldium, fat, etc... :noway:

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 40 min on the elliptical

What would I have done differently? Not have the wheat thins and cheese around 6:30...

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories (this might be tough... going to a friend's house tonight for snacks and beverages :noway:) and go to the gym (work out hard since I will be having snacks and beverages tonight :laugh: ).

    Yes for my calories. I went over a little on my protein and sodium.

    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    40 mins on the treadclimber.

    What would I have done differently?
    I should have told my son no to "Jack in the box" last night.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Do 40 mins on the treadclimber tonight and eat better foods.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Weighed in at less than I have in years. Did day 1 of my 30 Day Shred Goal

    What would I have done differently? Gotten in a little more exercise.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories (Tough for me also. We are having a catered lunch and I forgot my packed lunch at home). Exercise (Friday is usually my exercise day off).

    Stay for the extra yoga class after my aerobics, even though I didn't want to.

    What would I have done differently?
    Put the ice cream in a bowl instead of eating out of the container.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within calories/already got to the gym.
