Hey all
My name is Gerard I'm 32 and I'm looking for some help and support in trying to bulk up a bit as I'm sick of the names
and all the other stuff that comes with certain weight type's which I'm sure at some point we all have suffered.
So I've decided enough is enough its time to act and do something about it not only for all the crap to stop but for myself also.
I'm looking for some help with a diet plan for gaining some weight i only ever eat all the bad things in life which always made me fell sick and unhealthy compared to all my friends, so now its time to change
I'll give you some of my stats and hope for any help at all where possible
Height 5ft 10"
weight 64kg
My Goals are to to work out 3 days a week with some heavy lifting I want to gain about 20lbs over the next lot of months
I've got my workout programme sorted but cant seem to work out a health diet that will give me everything I need to bulk
and before people start trying to help I'd just like to post some foods I cant eat cheese nuts Oats.
My workout programme will start on Monday of next week but i just cant seem to fit all my calories into the day cause of work and the time I have.
