early morning workout.... do I need to eat before?

Sometimes I eat before I workout, sometimes I don't. If it's an early morning workout then I usually don't eat anything I just roll out of bed and go. I do have water already handy for during the workout.0

To prevent nausea and to maintain energy oatmeal is my number 1 choice. If I get sick of it then I heat up one of the healthy Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches (egg white turkey sausage etc).0
