Belly Fat just won't go away! Help me please.

:sad: I added this topic because it's the most common issue among women. We have a hard time losing the fat in the belly area. there are lots of exercises that will help you with the issue. If you have know some things that will help please post your comments. Thanks!

    You've come to the right place! But don't break out the whine and cheese just yet. You've got work to do. Hit the gym, eat healthier, and keep at it. Someone will probably tell you this again, but, there's nothing you can do to "work off" fat from specific areas of your body. You just have to work hard and watch what you eat and eventually your body will be compliant.
