Croutons in Dole Salads...

Does anyone have ANY idea of the nutritional info for the croutons that Dole puts in their ceasar salad kits?? I've been looking everywhere to see if leaving them out of my salad really makes a difference as far as calories go. The Dole website doesn't even give nutrition info for the individual components that make up their salads! Frustrating! :grumble:
