What "healthy" food do you have to keep out of your house?

Am totally with you on the no cereal, I can get through a box of Special K in one sitting...
Also Peanut Butter and Avocado...0 -
It used to be peanut butter.. Now It's cereal, especially granola or chex. One box = one day. I just don't buy it now.0

Walnuts, parmesan, peaches, berries. I need to try hard to let just something for tomorrow.0

Apples, dried apricots, strawberries/raspberries/blueberries/any other berries, and those rye biscuit things!!0

Peanut butter I shouldn't have in the house because I will often have a spoonful if I have the munchies this can amount to a lot of added calories.0

any kind of strawberry flavored anything or red dyed which includes those really good strawberry special k bars is allergic :grumble:0

Peanut butter. I love it too much. I have PB2 in the house.0

Fresh produce. Fruits and Veggies. Always. That and 1% milk.0

Mozzarella! All other cheese I can eat in moderation but if I get a mozzarella ball I have to eat it all!0

Cheese and bread. Both healthy - and I used to make all my own bread! But too many calories. Low carb tortillas for me!0

Alpen swiss style muesli omg I could eat bowls of it till I explode,same goes for oatmeal0

Natural peanut butter-Eaten straight out of jar w/ spoon
Kashi cereal-Eaten by handful on couch in front of tv or even in bed (shhh!)
Cocoa roasted almonds-Inhaled whole container in 1 sitting!!
Trail mix-Disappears b4 I barely have bag open!
Granola bars-Eaten like bite-sized candy bars
Belvita breakfast bars-1 box per serving
Dried fruit-1 bag at a time
Dark chocolate, even the high cacao kind-Poof! Be gone!!0 -

great question! dried cranberries - if I have them in the house (intended to sprinkle on my salads), I will eat a big handful or two right before bed every night until they're all gone...not good. Not only extra calories but so much sugar right before bed.0
