weight of food---help before i eat it

how can i tell how many ounces my piece of chicken is, if I don't have a scale.
this is already cooked.

    I believe that a rule of thumb is a piece of chicken breast/steak that is about the size of a deck of cards is 4 oz. Also, is there a cup measurement in the food diaries?

    Esther...rule of thumb...size of normal palm...4oz meat!

    Cup measurement...if you cut the food up and put it in a measuring cup, some of the foods will give a calorie count for that.
