Since zumba is not in the database for cardio exercises, how do you log it?

I just saw this today, and I suggest going to zumbacalories.com - you input your weight, how long you spent doing Zumba, and the intensity (low, medium, high). It will tell you how many calories you burn. I get nearly 600 calories burned in an hour of medium impact Zumba.0

I wear a heart rate monitor to tell me how many calories I've burned.0

I normally ball park my calories burned because the machines (treadmill and elliptical) over estimate. Go to the zumba website the other member recommended but consider taking about 40% of those calories off just so you are not overestimating.0

You can just put dancing but realize that calorie estimates are just that.0

I use dancing general on mfp!!!0

I used the word dancing in our database.0

I put it as aerobic dancing, I wear a HRM so I know what I'm burning. For an hour I burn 400 cals and am jumping around/giving it my all0
