I have been on MFP for almost a month and have only used it to log food and exercise. I could really use some friends to help motivate and keep me on track. One question I do have is I am eating less than what I should be but I am full and really don't want to eat just for calories. Any suggestions or comments on this would be greatly appreciated.

I guess the first question is how many calories are you eating? If you're supposed to be eating 1700 and you're only eating 1400 I don't think there's too much of a problem.0 -
I'm suppose to eat 1260 but I struggle to eat 1000. I will be starting back at the gym next week and I know I will be eating more then since I will be burning more calories.0

Try to stick to your 1260 at least - it's still very little. Once you hit the gym your hunger should return with a vengeance - eating good, clean, wholesome foods ofcourse.0
