30 day shred question - what level to resume after sickness?

I was up to level 3 day 3 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred on 9th August, then got sick and didn't do any shred until last night - so 12 days off of JM. Last night I completed level 1 day 1 and this morning I can feel my muscles very slightly ache. So my question is, do I complete another day of l1d1 then 2 days of l2d1 or go straight back into l3d1?

Before getting sick, I was exercising 7 days a week, doing 30ds every day, going to the gym, doing mainly cardio as training for fun run, at least 2 days and playing netball (like basketball) twice a week, so getting really fit.

Your thoughts please?
