I'm just wondering which Jillian Michael's dvd I should do after the 30 Day Shred?? I still have a lot of fat to lose (manly belly fat). Any suggestions?

I have one week left of the shred then I am starting JM Ripped in 30. I've heard that it's a great workout when you already have a little bit of strength and endurance built up from the shred. After Ripped in 30 is P90X! It just arrived yesterday!0

Ripped in 30 is a good follow up. I'm on week 2 right now. I tried Extreme Shed and Shred and didn't like it as much, but that's only one workout any way (or two different ones if you split it up).0
