Well I have been doing my Gazelle for anywhere from 15-30 minutes about 5 or 6 days a week. I like it but I am wanting some ideas for other kinds of cardio I can do at home and in the house. It's too cold to go outside most days. Any ideas? I have lost 19 lbs. in 2 months but I still have about 22 more to go.

Are you willing to go outside, or do you need to keep it indoors? If you can go outside you can walk/fastwalk/jog/run/bicycle (I love my bicycle).

Inside stuff - My wife has a gazelle that she uses, but I'm an elliptical guy myself. It's a little harder than the glider, but nothing crazy. no-impact, easy on the knees and ankles, I love the thing. Do 30 minutes just about every morning.

You could also do workout videos (I'm hooked on 30 day shred), step aerobics, Wii fit is fun - there's just tons of things to do.

Do you have On Demand (Comcast))? They have lots of videos you can do. Including Jillians programs. I think she is awesome. Good job on the weight loss! That's awesome. keep it up!

I do the On Demand workouts everyday. They have a Biggest Loser section. I usually do the one with Bob Harper cause Jillian gets on my nerves lol. They have a lot of ones to choose from. And I like Bootcamp Calorie Burn. The instructors name is Kendall..I forget his last name. They both have me sweatin!!

if u like to dance get some dance workout videos or if u have exercise on demand they have some as well. kickboxing, u could get a step and do step aerobics, i dont know how ur knees are but plyometrics (jumping) is amazing cardio!

My wife likes hers. You can use it with the resistance thingies hooked or unhooked. She does it with the things unhooked, which is way too easy for me - but with them unhooked it's clunky and hard. I prefer the elliptical,,, but it works for her. It's probably about as strenuous as walking on level ground, but no impact 'cause you don't pick your feet up.

    skipping?
when it's nice out, I like to set up a little interval course outside:
    skipping 5 x 1 minute
running first 10 x, working up to 20 times around my backyard x 5
walking lunges along 1 length of my driveway x 5
jumping squats along the other length of my driveway x 5
    deadlifts x 5
crossbody oblique twist with a 5 pound ball x 5
