Last Big Push

I have been using MFP for about 2 years I think. I have lost 79 lbs. I would like to get my ultimate
goal of 145. My goal weight is a little funny to me because when I started my weight loss journey in Sept
2009, 165 was my goal weight. It sounded so unreachable. I started my journey because I have always
been the big girl. We were poor when I was growing up and was shown bad eating habits. I now have
two children and did not want either one of them to have to endure what I did growing up.
Being overweight all my life led to low self esteem and some bad decisions.
I am proud of my weight loss and the fact that I have kept it off. I now am at a weight loss stand
still. I fluctuate between 167-174. I have been doing this now for probably 4-6 months. I'd really like
to get past this hump and get to my goal. Does anyone have any great tips that have helped
you get through plateaus? Motivational words?
