One pound away from new numbers!!!!!
I was doing really well then gained 4lbs back... was doing everything right but couldnt figure it out... then it started coming off again.
I realized... I was on cold medicine for about two weeks... messed me up!! But I didnt give up and now the scale is moving again!!!
