Magnet in my scale!

Hey fitness loverz!

So I've been following the P90X program and keeping a close eye on my nutrition for the past few weeks! At 1st, I told myself that I'd weigh myself every week, but I just can't seem to control the urge to weigh myself everyday and get discouraged when I find out that I barely lost anything. Although I know that water weight plays an important role and that in the process of losing fat I'm also building muscles and that it weighs more than fat, I still feel a little dissapointed sometimes...kinda like expecting the scale to go down a little more! But anyways, it's a long term project & process and gotta focus on the dream ahead! Mila Kunis, here I come! hahaha :) But anyone else has that problem of being attracted to the damn scale everyday?

I don't own a scale for this reason. No need to weigh in everyday anyway.

I've never done P90X, but my two roommates are doing it right now at a gym and the instructor told them they wouldn't likely see weight loss until week 3 or 4. Not sure if it's true or just trying to get them out of the dilemma that you are currently facing, but neither of them seem worried about anything since they are just now in week 2.

    Hide that scale!!!
