Hey All,
Just wanting to know if anyone has a good site or book for info for lifting heavy for women. I have seen that there are a few of you that refer to it and I am at a standstill with my weight loss and it is time to try something new.
I dont really care about the weight loss I would just like to lose some more inches and get stronger. I think muscles on either a man or a woman are sexy and that is my inspiration. So any one with any suggestions please send them my way!
Thanks
JB

I am a huge fan of the starting strength program. Startingstrength.com buy the book and watch the dvd. I feel like there is so much more information on form and proper lifting in starting strength than some of the programs out there. They also have a very active community on there forums. If you have any questions feel free to pm me.0
