Help please with nutrients in this meal

Hey there, I'm out for lunch today and have planned ahead looking at the menu. Am going to have this Salad: Goat’s cheese and plum tomatoes baked on ciabatta bread with roasted peppers, caramelised balsamic onions, chargrilled artichoke hearts, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, marinated olives, mixed leaves and balsamic glaze - it's listed as 519 cals which works for me today.

But I'm also trying to balance my nutrients and aim for high protein. My goals are 35% carb/ 25% fat/ 40% protein. I'm also trying to keep sugar way low as much as possible.

Can anyone help me with if this meal looks on track please? The rest of my day is near on perfect. I don't know if it's because it's early or because I'm ove thinking things but I just cant seem to get my head around things today.
