dairy - how much is too much?

Hello i was wondering how much dairy people are eating and if theres an issue in eating too much i have struggled with awfull constipation lately though ive eaten alot of dairy before so im not sure its the reason.
Assuming you dont have a lactose intollerance- are there issues in eating alot of dairy??

The RDA for dairy is 450ml in my country.0

None that I am aware of as long as it does not mean that you are not also getting a balanced diet.0

Dairy can do a lot of things, but generally constipation isn't one of them. You're asking how much we eat, but that doesn't matter. How much do you consume? And how's your fiber? Water? Fat intake? Exercise level? Potassium? Dozens of factors to consider so I'm wondering why you are zeroing on dairy.0
